CNC Grinder (m/f/d)

We are seeking a motivated CNC Grinder to support the setup, operation, and quality execution of precision grinding processes. You will work with both conventional and CNC-controlled grinding machines to deliver accurate components while maintaining strict safety and production standards.

• Set up and operate conventional and CNC grinding machines under guidance from senior technicians.
  • Support CNC program adjustments to meet dimensional tolerance requirements.
  • Manufacture standardised precision components strictly according to mechanical drawings.
  • Maintain production deadlines, follow QA self-check routines, and ensure PPE & safety compliance.
  • Contribute to lean workflow, material handling, and organised workstations.
  • Assist improvement initiatives to optimize grinding cycles and reduce non-conformance.
  • Vocational qualification in machining/toolmaking or similar technical field.
  • First-hand experience in machining environments (milling/turning exposure is a plus).
  • Ability to read technical drawings and apply correct material-handling skills.
  • Flexible for multi-machine operation and shift schedules.
