Competencies of our Industrial Mechanics:
- Assemble machines, automation systems, and pneumatic functional groups using technical drawings and 3D documentation
- Support commissioning, perform mechanical adjustments, and conduct on-site service missions globally
- Analyse mechanical faults, document findings, and execute effective corrective actions
- Participate in process and equipment optimization, collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams
- Conduct pre-acceptance and final acceptance tests (FAT/SAT) to validate mechanical performance
- Prepare checklists, reports, and service documentation to maintain full equipment traceability
Qualifications:
- Training as an Industrial Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician, or similar with automation experience
- Strong proficiency in pneumatics, machinery setup, and service procedures
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and assembly workflows with high accuracy
- Fluent or operational German & English communication skills
- Confident use of MS Office and digital reporting tools
- International travel readiness and ability to operate in dynamic environments
